    Classes for ages 16 and up - no registration required!

Adult Open Division classes are geared towards students age 16 and over who wish to start dancing, return to a passion for dance, or are looking for a new form of exercise. See below for available classes, and click on the class of your choice to see full schedules.

Holiday Closure: All three Centre locations will be closed for the holidays Sunday, December 21 through Sunday, January 4. Classes will resume as scheduled on Monday, January 5.

Ballet

Focuses on the poise and strength needed for the art form known as classical ballet. With five different levels, there is a class for everyone.

Contemporary

Students of all levels will have the opportunity to learn contemporary repertoire, partnering, improvisation, and floorwork.

Hip Hop

The class features a fun yet challenging stretch and warm-up, as well as exciting and unique choreography.

Jazz

This high-energy class with Jazz technique styles ranging from musical theater to Broadway and Robert Fosse to Michael Jackson is sure to get your heart pumping.

Modern

Modern dance provides a multitude of movement possibilities for the human body and allows each dancer to connect with the dance space, the music and fellow dancers.

Pilates

Developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century, the Pilates method encompasses more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles.

Tap

Adult Tap students will focus on the fundamentals of tap technique while getting a great workout and having fun!

Yoga Stretch

Relax and renew in this all-level yoga class designed to melt away stress and tension as well as increase flexibility.

Pilates Mat

Get fit with classes at our NEW Powers Ferry Fitness studio! Classes are just $12. No pre-registration is required.
