Jazz
This high-energy class with Jazz technique styles ranging from musical theater to Broadway and Robert Fosse to Michael Jackson is sure to get your heart pumping.
Modern
Students will experience Modern dance, a relaxed, free style of dance in which choreographers use emotions and moods to design their own steps.
Pilates
Developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century, the Pilates method encompasses more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles.
Yoga
These classes are for absolutely everyone to experience the many benefits of yoga. Focus is on alignment in basic yoga postures.
Tap
Adult Tap students will focus on the fundamentals of tap technique while getting a great workout and having fun!
