Sara-Elisabeth has been dancing with Atlanta Ballet Centre for Dance Education for four years and is graduating from Academy 5.
“Atlanta Ballet has always felt like a second home to me. The relationships I was able to create with the teachers and students always made me happy. Atlanta Ballet wasn’t a place where I felt like we were competing against each other. We all had our own strengths and weaknesses, and we used them to work together.
“I really want to thank Ms. Serena and Ms. Sharon the most. They were exactly what I needed as a dancer. They showed me that, even if you have all the talent, you need to work for it. That extra push has helped me grow as a dancer and has also made me more confident. Thanks to them, along with other teachers, I can definitely say I improved a significant amount in these past four years.
“I will be attending Point Park University on the Artistic Achievement Award and the Dean’s Academic Scholarship in the fall. I am so grateful for Atlanta Ballet and thankful for the opportunities I was able to get during my time here.”
