Using the plate method, this interactive workshop will engage participants in a healthy eating dialogue regarding foods from the various food groups.

Page Love, MS, RDN, CSSD, LD - NutriFit, Sport, Therapy, Inc.

Sport dietitian Page Love will teach about the unique nutrition needs of the female dancer. She will review fueling and hydrating principles for before, during, and after long days of dance as well as disordered eating prevention. She will additionally address popular diet trends for gluten and dairy sensitivities issues and how to meet the dancer's nutritional needs.  Come learn how to fuel the female athlete!
