Pilates (pi-LAH-teez) is a form of body conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century. The method encompasses more than 500 exercises that simultaneously stretch and strengthen muscles. Pilates is based on the principle that before working the peripheral parts of the body, the core needs to be strong and stable.
Barre - A true cardio ballet program. Each body-sculpting, fat-burning, endurance-building class incorporates barre exercises to gain muscle control, increase flexibility, and develop long, lean muscles. Sign-up with Studio Lotus at Atlanta Ballet required for all classes. Limit 10 participants.

A minimum of three paying students must be present in order for a class to be held. In case of an instructor's absence, we will substitute from within our staff.
